Cataract surgery is a standard and safe procedure to treat cataracts, which are cloudy areas that form on the lens of your eye. Cataracts can cause vision problems, including blurriness, double vision, and difficulty seeing at night.
During cataract surgery, your surgeon will make an incision in your eye and remove the cloudy lens. They will then replace it with an artificial intraocular lens (IOL). Cataract surgery is usually outpatient, meaning you won’t need to stay overnight.
Cataract surgery is generally safe and has a high success rate. Complications from the Surgery are rare but can include infection, bleeding, or retinal detachment.

LASIK surgery is a type of refractive Surgery used to correct vision problems. It is a safe and effective way to treat nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. The Surgery involves making a small incision in the cornea, the eye’s transparent outer layer. A laser is then used to reshape the cornea so light can be properly focused onto the retina. This results in clearer vision.
We have the latest technology to perform the procedure.

A dry eye is a condition in which the eyes do not produce enough tears or are of poor quality. This can lead to irritation and pain. There are many potential causes of dry eye, including certain medications, medical conditions, and environmental factors. Treatment for dry eye may include artificial tears, ointments, or lacrimal plugs. Netram Eye Foundation is the best hospital for dry eye advance diagnosis treatment in Delhi. They have a team of experienced doctors who use the latest technology to diagnose and treat dry eye.

A squint, or strabismus, is a condition in which the eyes are not aligned properly. This can cause one eye to turn in (esotropia), out (exotropia), up (hypertropia) or down (hypotropia). Squints can be constant or intermittent and can occur in any direction.
Squints can be caused by several factors, including refractive error, where the eye does not focus light correctly on the retina; muscle imbalance, where there is unequal tension on the extraocular muscles; nerve palsy, where there is damage to the nerves that supply the extraocular muscles; and some genetic conditions.
Most children with squints will require Surgery to correct the alignment of their eyes. This is usually done as a day case procedure under general anaesthetic. The type of Surgery will depend on the cause and severity of the squint.

We offer both conservative and surgical treatment options for Keratoconus. Conventional treatments such as special contact lenses or glasses may be recommended in the condition’s early stages. If the disease progresses, Surgery may be required to correct the deformity of the cornea.
Surgery for Keratoconus includes procedures such as collagen crosslinking, Intacs inserts, and corneal transplantation. Dr Neha Luthra has successfully performed all these surgeries and has helped many patients regain their normal vision.

The cornea is the transparent, outermost layer of the eye. It helps to focus light onto the retina, which sends visual signals to the brain. A cornea can become damaged due to disease, injury, or wear and tear from contact lenses.
When a cornea becomes damaged, it can cause blurred vision, pain, and light sensitivity. A transplant is often the best option to restore vision.
Cornea transplants are typically successful, and most people with the Surgery experience improved vision. More than 98% of all transplants are successful in enhancing the image.

Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) Treatment is a refractive surgery to correct vision problems. It involves implanting a lens inside the eye to change how light is focused. ICL treatment can treat many vision problems, including nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism.
ICL treatment is a safe and effective way to improve vision. The risks and side effects are minimal. ICL treatment can be an alternative to other refractive surgery types, such as LASIK.
Netram Eye Foundation is your best choice for Implantable Collamer Lens Treatment. We offer customized ICL treatment plans that are tailored to your specific needs. Our experienced team of surgeons has extensive experience performing ICL surgery and will work diligently to ensure you achieve the best possible results.

Retina surgery is a surgical procedure that involves the treatment and repair of various issues related to the retina. The retina is a thin layer of tissue at the back of the eye that plays a critical role in vision. It captures light rays and converts them into electrical signals, which are then sent to the brain for interpretation.
Numerous conditions can affect the retina, such as retinal detachment, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, macular oedema etc. Retina surgery aims to treat these conditions by restoring or preserving vision through different techniques depending on each patient’s needs.
Retina surgeries includevitrectomy, scleral buckle surgery, or laser photocoagulation. These techniques address different aspects of retinal diseases, such as removing scar tissue inside your eye or repairing tears in your retina.
Although most people may not have heard about this type of Surgery before, it’s essential for those suffering from retinal-related problems as it could help preserve their sight and even prevent blindness in some cases.
Several benefits come with retina surgery, which has been proven to help improve patient vision. Many people with this type of Surgery find that their vision improves significantly, and in some cases, they can even see better than before the Surgery took place.
Additionally, if you have suffered an injury to your eye that has caused vision problems, this type of Surgery can also be beneficial.

Glaucoma is the leading cause of irreversible blindness worldwide. It is a group of eye diseases that damage the optic nerve – the bundle of nerve fibres that carries information from your eye to your brain.
There are several types of Glaucoma, but the most common is primary open-angle Glaucoma. With this type, the part of your eye that drains fluid (the trabecular meshwork) becomes clogged, and fluid builds up in your eye. This raises the pressure inside your eye, damaging the optic nerve over time.
Glaucoma usually has no symptoms in the early stages, so regular comprehensive eye exams are essential. If caught early, primary open-angle Glaucoma can be treated with medicine or Surgery to lower eye pressure and protect your vision.
If you have risk factors for Glaucoma (including family history, African descent, diabetes, or using certain steroids), you should get an exam even sooner.

Oculoplastic Surgery involves various surgical procedures that aim to improve the function and appearance of the eyes. It can be used to treat conditions such as ptosis (droopy eyelid), entropion (in-turning eyelid), and ectropion (out-turning eyelid). It can also be used for cosmetic purposes, such as reducing wrinkles around the eyes or correcting asymmetry.

Vitreoretinal Surgery is a type of eye surgery that treats problems with the retina, the thin layer of tissue at the back of the eye responsible for sending visual signals to the brain. The most common reason for vitreoretinal Surgery is to treat a retinal detachment, which occurs when the retina pulls away from the back of the eye. Surgery also treats other conditions, such as macular holes, diabetic retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration.
